Home Protection Program Contract

      

The purpose of the home protection program is to provide control of current pest problems and to prevent future infestations.  The emphasis is on inspection and prompt quality service.  When required, additional service for pests covered under this program will be provided at no additional charge.

Spring Service

  1. Using a low pressure sprayer, A. Bailey will apply a protective barrier around the perimeter of the foundation of your home.  We will also treat tree trunks and retaining walls close to your home.
  2. A. Bailey will provide a no-odor interior perimeter treatment to you home and basement.
  3. To help control free flying insects, such as flies, wasps and bees, A. Bailey will place or replace an insect control unit in any accessible non-finished attic.
  4. We will place or replace insect and rodent control units in any attached garage.
  5. A. Bailey will place or replace insect monitors in typical insect harborages such as kitchen and bath areas.
  6. A. Bailey will place rodent and insect glue traps in basement area.
  7. A. Bailey will treat any active bees and/or wasps nests that can be reached with a standard 30' ladder.
  8. We inspect your home for any signs of termite infestation.

Summer Service

  1. See Spring Service #1-7.
  2. A. Bailey will control any inside flea or tick infestations.  Customer must show proof that any animals living in service address were treated by licensed vet or grooming service.

Fall Service

  1. A. Bailey will control any inside flea or tick infestations.  Customer must show proof that any animals living in service address were treated by licensed vet or grooming service.
  2. We will set up or maintain tamper proof lock and key bait stations for rats and mice.  Safe for children and pets!  Only our servicemen have the keys.
  3. We will inspect and maintain the rodent and insect control units placed in basement and attached garage.

  6. A. Bailey will inspect your exterior for points of entry and exit for squirrels and raccoons.
  7. A. Bailey will place or replace insect monitors in typical insect harborages such as kitchens and bath areas.
  8. Gutter cleaning and chimney capping is available at an additional fee, provided the home meets safety standards.
  9. A. Bailey will inspect for and treat any active bees or wasps nests providing they can be reached with a standard 30' ladder.

Winter Service

  1. We inspect and replace rodent and insect control units and glue boards placed in attached garage and basement.
  2. We maintain and replace, if needed, tamper proof lock and key bait stations for rats and mice.
  3. A. Bailey will control any lingering flea or tick infestations inside the home.  Proof of treatment by vet or groomer is again required.
  4. A. Bailey can make arrangements to inspect your chimney for signs of squirrels or raccoons.
  5. We will inspect and maintain the insect monitors placed in kitchens and bathrooms.

This service must be continued for four consecutive quarters or payment in full will be expected.  Payment in full for any quarterly service mush be paid on day of service.

Neither A. Bailey Industries no any of it's employees shall be held responsible for any damage incurred by any insects before , during or after this contract expires.

Due to the large volume of customers, A. Bailey Industries does not and will not offer specific time appointments: including, but not limited to, first and last stops.  Appointments are offered in three time frames: morning (9:AM-12PM), midday(10AM-2PM), and afternoon (12PM-3PM) Monday - Saturday.  Naturally, Saturday service tends to fill up rapidly, so please be advised that there may be an occasional one to two week waiting period for Saturday service.

Please note, for any service that is required between the regularly scheduled quarterly services, the customer must allow A. Bailey Industries a response time of 3-4 business days.

 

Due to the nature of liquid residual and micro-encapsulated materials, the treatment may show best results 14-30 days after treatment is rendered.  Place allow 14 days for treatment to take effect.

THIS PLAN COVERS THE FOLLOWING INSECTS:

Roaches, carpet beetles, food infesting insects such as Indian meal moths, mice, rats, wasps nests, bees nests, carpenter bees (except honey bees), inside flea and tick problems, earwigs, mites, millipedes, centipedes, crickets, clover mites, pill bugs, beetles, silverfish, spiders, ants and CARPENTER ANTS!!!

THE FOLLOWING PESTS ARE NOT COVERED:

Termites, clothing moths, wood borers, powder post beetles, box elder beetles, mosquitoes, bats, raccoons, squirrels and chipmunks.  (Animals are best left to the control of professional trappers.  If one is needed, please feel free to contact us.  We have professional trappers on staff)  Honey bees are best left to the attention of professional honey bee keepers.  Hornets nests in trees and transient bees are not covered.
